About Us

We have decades of experience in the steel fabrication industry and have the expertise and knowledge in our field. 

Peter started out with a mobile welding business in the 90's and scaled up to a large workshop based in Maddington which we sold in 2017.

Walker Steel Fabrication is located in Bayswater, WA where Peter has scaled back operations and specialise in the civil engineering industry for bridging repair components.

Over the years Pete has done some public art which is some of the work you can see, as most of our work is under bridges, platforms for walkways! 

The cardinal marker in Cockburn is something we manufactured in our workshop, Newcastle Street Perth there are some white egg shaped rings and Christ Church Grammar you'll find Tony Jones's work with the three boys on the oval where you'll see the sculptures of Cultural Boy, Naughty Boy and  Alpha Boy (painted red) which was the structure fabricated by us in collaboration with Tony.
